I have a special place in my heart for any business that tries to make their place accessible for all; so when we spotted the exterior lift elevator right next to the entry steps of Feed Table and Tavern, we knew we had to check it out! Even being located in an older building didn’t stop them from making access easy and stylish. Thank you for that, and for the great food and service.
You can find Feed Table and Tavern right on Main St in the Southside district of Chattanooga. They’re known for their seasonal menu and lively atmosphere. They call themselves an “artful blend of tavern and family dining”, we agree. Everything we had was comforting and delicious. It was great weather, so we enjoyed their spacious outdoor seating, but they have tons of space inside as well.
Once you’re inside, there’s a smooth path to the restroom with only one easy-to-cross doorway threshold and plenty of room to maneuver inside.
We kept meaning to come back and try more from their menu, but there were so many wheelchair-accessible restaurants along Main St that we ran out of time. Next time we’re back in Chattanooga we will visit again for sure.
