Looking to learn a bit more about the Tulsa Massacre? I already told you about the amazing Greenwood Rising museum, but if you’re spending more than a couple of days in Tulsa, you’ll also have time to check out the Greenwood Cultural Center.
The Greenwood Cultural Center Experience includes a number of photos and artifacts that provide an educational experience about the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre and Black Wall Street. The exhibit is fairly small, so it’s easy to fit into a busy afternoon. The center is also a hub within the community, as a meeting place for youth activities, musical groups, visiting artists, and more.
The space was easily accessible, with a parking lot outside and ramps to all the doors. So you can visit this spot with ease.
