Life is pretty great when you’re living in Tulum. Today was an official holiday from school, so Anna got to soak up the sun and surf with some friends. A short cab ride and 70 pesos are all it takes to get us to paradise!
The beaches of Tulum are stunning. With crystal blue waters and super fine sand, it’s a great place to spend the day. The girls practically had the whole beach to themselves, too! The water where we were lounging has a wide shallow zone, so the girls were safe to play along the shore. We did venture out together a few times into the deeper water, especially when we needed to clean off after Anna made countless “sand angels”.

As an extra treat, once the girls had their fill of the sand, we headed inland and spent the evening swimming in the pool. A great day for water-loving Anna.
