I love the vibe around Savannah’s City Market, so naturally, I love eating at the Café at City Market. They have a big outdoor dining area that is perfect for people watching and enjoying the sights of the City Market blocks… including the American Prohibition Museum that is right across the street.
They have a nice ramp leading to the patio area, and the restrooms were big and easy to access, too. They have a ton of southern-style dishes including shrimp and grits, collards, and grilled pimento cheese sandwiches. Having trouble finding the place? Just look for Marilyn!
